#30 - Lawsuit filed against school district for violation of NY City Code to have air conditioning on buses for special needs children who are not allowed to have water on the bus. This poses health and medical risks.

#32 - Caregiver to 36 year old man who just had surgery physically assaulted him at the hospital.
